• Each prize has a Budgeted Value of approximately $5,000. Awards in excess of this amount will be at the sole discretion of HM. If the winner happens to be a paying member the Budgeted Value will be increased to $7,500. If the winner is a Lifetime Member the Budgeted Value will be increased to $10,000.
• Until further notice, Prizewinners are limited to U.S. and Canadian Registrants only.
• The HM staff, their associates or affiliates are NOT eligible to win.
• The Registration Contest Winner will be selected in 2006.
• The Referral Contest Winners will be selected biannually beginning in 2006.
• The Prizewinners must allow HM to use their photos and User Name in HM's promotional activities. Per HM's privacy policy, no names or personal information will be disclosed in these promotions. Without the expressed, written consent of the prizewinner.
• Prizes are not transferable in any way without the written consent of HM.
• Vacation Packages: HM will be as flexible as possible with these packages within the limits of the total Budgeted Value of the package selected.
• Prizewinners will have up to one year to complete their selected vacation. Extensions to this requirement will be at the sole discretion of HM.
• Days can be extended beyond the value of the package at the prizewinner's expense.
• The Budgeted Value may be used toward the winner's own dream vacation location provided they use the HM travel associate in making their travel arrangements. All costs exceeding the Budgeted Value of the package must be prepaid by the recipient and are non-refundable.
• In the event the vacation package does not meet the HM Budgeted Value, the prizewinner will receive the difference in cash (or prepaid debit card).
• All federal or state income taxes associated with this prize are the sole responsibility of the Prizewinner.

Vacation Package Requirements and Options

Per the HM agreement to the prizewinner, YOU PICK IT WE PAY FOR IT. HM will pay for the prize of your choice within the Budgeted Value allotted for the prize. This means you will work with the HM staff and our travel associate to plan your dream vacation to the destination of your choice. The trip can be arranged for one or as many people as you can fit into the budget. Typically, the trip includes only transportation and lodging with the remainder of the Budgeted Value paid in cash (or prepaid debit card) for expenses. However, sightseeing tours and entertainment tickets may also be provided at the prizewinner's request.

You may also extend or modify the package at your own expense. As an example, by adding your prize money you could use the winnings to extend your honeymoon if all arrangements are made through the HM travel associate.

Registration Promotion Winner Selection

One registered member will be selected at random from all of the registered members at the time of selection. This prize will be awarded sometime in 2006. This promotion may be repeated at the sole discretion of HM.

Referral Contest Winner Selection

Referrals made from the Tell A Friend link on your Home Page are automatically totaled in your referral account. The member with the largest number of referrals during the contest time period will win.

One winner will be selected biannually. If this contest proves successful the term will be increased to quarterly.

Any member using any form of automated system or participating in unethical practices or spamming will be disqualified from winning and possibly prosecuted.

Referral Contest Grand Prize

Once each year the member with the largest total number of referrals for that calendar year will be awarded a car, or cash equivalent, valued at $35,000 (USD).

Note: A member could win the Grand Prize and NOT win either of the biannual prizes.

Heavenly Matched iPod Contest
RULES & REGULATIONS

1.      The sole point of entry is via http://www.heavenlymatched.com/home_contest_video1.php. Log on and follow the entry instructions. Only 1 entry per person. No purchase is necessary.

2.      There will be a total of 10 Prizes awarded in bi-weekly drawings. The prizes awarded are 20 GB iPod http://www.apple.com/ipod/color/. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $299.00. Substitution for any prize may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case a comparable prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.

3.      To be eligible, entries must be received on or before 11:59 p.m. (EST) on the day of the scheduled contest closing date. Non-winning entries automatically enter the next round, no need to reenter information for the next round. The first drawing will take place November 16, the next drawing will occur November 30, 2005. Multiple entries will be automatically disqualified. Heavenlymatched is not responsible for any entries which are incomplete, lost, stolen, destroyed, delayed, or not transmitted due to technical failure, however caused.

4.      A random draw for each Prize will take place on the day of the bi-weekly closing date. The selected winner will be notified by telephone or e-mail within 7 business days of the draw. To win, the selected winner must respond to the winning notification email with a confirmation of her / his shipping address. In the event that a selected winner does not comply with these contest rules & regulations, or if a selected winner cannot be contacted within 3 business days of the draw, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining entries. The chances of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. Decisions of the contest judges are final. No contact or correspondence will be entered into except with the selected winner. All components of the prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5.      This contest is open to all, excluding employees of Heavenlymatched, its advertising and promotional agencies, persons with whom the above are domiciled and/or members of their immediate families.

6.      This contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

7.      By entering the contest, the selected winners consent to the use of his or her first name and city of residence for publicity purposes solely with respect to this contest, in all mediums carried out by Heavenlymatched and its respective advertising and promotional agencies, without payment or compensation.

8.      Heavenlymatched reserves the right to: (i) substitute any component of the prizes with a prize of equal value; and (ii) terminate or withdraw this contest at any time, for any reason whatsoever.
